HL Company Held the Opening Ceremony of the Second Phase Class for New Enterprise Apprenticeship System of Period 2022-2023

  In order to meet the needs of enterprise for skilled talents, accelerate the construction of a knowledge-based, skilled and innovative talent team, provide a skills training and education platform for front-line workers to promote enterprise highly developing, on June 30 am, the opening ceremony of the second phase for the new enterprise apprenticeship system in 2022, jointly launched by the company and Hailin Technical School, was held. Prior to this, the first phase class opening ceremony was held on June 16th, and a total of 156 people participated in the training of 2022-2023. Wang Yining, director of the Employment Center of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in Qinzhou district, Tianshui city, director Zhang Bin and deputy director Wen Tao of H&R department, school principal Wang Xiaolin, vice principal Liu Fangqin, and 50 workers of day shift from plant 4, 10 masters attended the opening ceremony of the second phase.


  Wen Tao presided over the ceremony. At the ceremony, Wen firstly read out the specific plan for the implementation of the new enterprise apprenticeship system; then Liu Fangqin made a detailed arrangement and introduction of the courses to be carried out in this training.

  Subsequently, the company issued a letter of appointment to 10 internal employees, and in the apprenticeship session, 10 pairs of mentors and apprentices were formed.

  Two employees from plant 4 made speeches on behalf of the mentors group and the apprentices group respectively.
  Zhang Bin expressed his gratitude and welcome to the attendees. He pointed out that the establishment of the new apprenticeship system is a new way for enterprise to transform from external recruitment to combined internal and external skill improvement training. In this way, the lecturers of this theoretical course are composed of outstanding teachers from Hailin Technical School. The talents trained internally can meet the technical and management needs of the enterprise to a certain extent. The company selects technical personnel with strong internal practice experience to provide technical guidance to the students. Apprenticeship courses are organized around a variety of approaches. During the training period, the company will do its best to provide a good learning environment and will also strictly select each batch of apprentice class students. After the certificate is obtained at the end of the study period, there will be more room for promotion and salary benefits. The improvement of skills and training knowledge is very important to the development of both enterprise and individuals. It is hoped that all the trainees will make full use of this opportunity to study hard, improve themselves, and exert their intelligence in their future jobs, so as to contribute to the company's sustainable, stable, healthy and rapid development.
  Wang Yining congratulated HL Company on the successful holding of the opening ceremony and put forward specific suggestions and requirements on how to do the training well in the next step.
