In order to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of young employees and improve their ability of thinking, debating, and oral expression, on the afternoon of March 21st, HL company held the "First Staff Debate Competition". More than 120 members from the competition team, public judges, and staff representatives of each unit participated in the activity. HL’s president He Kehong, and several executives were present to watch the competition.
According to the pre-competition audition, six teams stood out and successfully entered the final competition. Before the game, the host explained the rules and requirements.
In three rounds competitions, the debaters from each team exchanged and debated around their own positions. The wonderful debating has won bursts of laughter and applause from the audience, and the team members have also demonstrated the spirit of confidence, tenacious struggle, and sincere cooperation as Hailin people.
Finally, through on-site evaluation, voting, and scoring, three groups won the competition; Zhao Linyuan won the title of "Best Debater". The company's leaders presented certificates and prizes to the winning team and individuals on the spot.
This debate competition not only trained employees' logical thinking, language expression, and contingency ability, but also let them learn to think and discover unknown areas from different perspectives. Thinking never stops, debate is thinking, and it is more of an exploration. The contestants have expressed that in their future work, study, and life, they will always maintain a positive attitude, learn to think from multiple perspectives, form a correct goal orientation, devote themselves to their work with more full mental state, continuously improve their personal adaptability and learning ability, and inject vitality and energy into the enterprise development.
