The 4th Staff Representative Conference and Trade Union Member Congress of HL was held on April 26, 2019 in the conference room on the second floor of north building.

   At 10 o'clock in the morning, HL’s party secretary and deputy general manager,  Zhang Yuesheng, announced the opening of HL’s 4th employee representative conference and trade union member congress, with the grand melody of the "national anthem", all attendants stood up.

   Su Xiaoping, the chairman of the labor union, made a work report titled "Cohesive work around the company's production and operation center to mobilize employees to promote the company's transformation and upgrade development" Subsequently, after the election, seven comrades Feng Jun, Liu Gang, Zhang Bin, Zhao Airu, Zhang Liang, Wen Tao, He Liangjun, were elected as members of the fourth trade union committee of HL.; Cheng Jin, Guan Huihua and Liu Bingbing were members of the Fourth Fund Review Committee. Zhao Airu, Feng Jie and Liu Xinrong were elected as members of the Fourth Women Workers Committee.

   Finally, the conference ended in the sensational "Internationale".

  After the meeting, a meeting of the fourth session of the Trade Union Committee  was held. The newly elected 7 trade union members, 3 members of the fund review committee and 3 women workers members attended the meeting. Under the auspices of president He Kehong, the election of the chairman of the labor union, the director of the fund review committee, and the director of the women's work were respectively conducted. Through the election, Feng Jun was elected as the chairman of the labor union, and Cheng Jing was elected as the director of the fund review committee. Zhao Airu was elected as the director of the women's work committee.

 Subsequently, president He Kehong put forward four hopes and demands for the newly established trade union team. The newly elected union chairman Feng Jun made a statement on behalf of the fourth trade union team. So far, the fourth session of the Trade Union Committee has come to a successful conclusion.
