On the morning of March 8th, the commencement ceremony for the six key construction projects, including the relocation and upgrading of Hailin Company, was held in the new site of HL in Tianshui Economic and Technological Development Zone. Municipal party committee secretary Wang Rui, municipal people's congress standing committee director, municipal party committee secretary Jiang Xiaoqiang, Tianshui municipal party committee deputy secretary, mayor Wang Jun,  chairman of municipal association Zhang Mingtai, minister of municipal party committee standing committee Wen Liping, municipal committee standing committee, deputy mayor Zhao Sibei, deputy mayor Hao Wenjie, vice chairman of the CPPCC Zhang Zhiming, secretary of the municipal party committee He Jizhou, secretary-general of the CPPCC Liu Feng, deputy director of the Tianshui municipal government office An Pingyuan, director of the municipal bureau of industry and information technology He Xiaobin, director of Tianshui economic and technological development zone Yang Dong and leaders of relevant departments of the city attended the ceremony. All HL's senior executives, 800 employee representatives, invited guests and construction representatives totally more than 1,200 attended the ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by vice mayor Hao Wenjie.

   At 9 o'clock in the morning, the ceremony was officially held. Yang Dong, director of Tianshui economic and technological development zone, first introduced the basic situation of six projects including the relocation and upgrading of HL Company. On behalf of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, Wang Jun, mayor of Tianhui and deputy secretary of the municipal party committee, expressed congratulations on the centralized construction of the project. He said that the construction of six key projects was started in a concentrated manner. It is a major achievement for the municipal party committee and the municipal government to unswervingly implement the strategy of strengthening the industrial city, promote the transformation and upgrading of the industrial economy, and pay close attention to the construction of major projects. It is of great significance to adjust and optimize the industrial structure, promote the intelligentization of industrial enterprises, and promote the high-quality development of the industrial economy. The Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Management Committee of the Development Zone and the relevant departments of the municipal government must firmly establish the awareness of the overall situation and the sense of service, strengthen coordination and cooperation, and actively provide services, do a good job in all coordination and ensure the work to create a good environment for project construction. The project unit should focus on high-quality development and new requirements for industrial transformation and upgrading, high starting point planning, high-level design, high-efficiency promotion, and high-standard construction, urge the project to be built as soon as possible to bring benefits. After the speech, Wang Rui, secretary of the municipal party committee, announced the starting of ceremony. The city leaders personally laid the foundation for the project, which indicates that the HL's relocation and upgrading project has entered the construction phase.

   After the ceremony, the city leaders watched the introduction of HL's relocation and upgrading project accompanied by president He Kehong and senior management. President He detailed the progress of HL's relocation project and the future development plan. The leaders listened to the introduction process,and fully affirmed the HL project and placed great hopes on HL's future. It requires HL to seize the opportunity, accelerate product transformation and upgrading, create quality projects, and set up model projects for Tianshui's enterprises.
