The Company Held a Fitter Skill Competition Summary Commendation Meeting

      On the afternoon of November 13, Hailin’ fitter skills competition summary and commendation meeting was held in the conference room of east building. The general manager Bao Guangli, deputy general manager Feng Jun, human resources minister Zhang Bin, internal trainer Ding Zhijun and 22 contestants participated in the meeting.

Internal trainer Ding Zhijun introduced the passing of this competition. The game is divided into two parts: theoretical test and practical operation. From August 14th to September 21st, 10 basic theoretical trainings were conducted in off-duty time, and 22 players were selected to take the practical test.

Deputy general manager Feng Jun read out the winners of this competition. The Zhihua from grinding plant won the first prize; grinding plant Chen Weidong and Jia Jianxin won the second prize; grinding plant Shao Zhijun, Gou Jingji, roller plant Qu Shouheng won the third prize. The leaders awarded prizes to the winners.

The general manager of Bao Guangli, fully affirmed the fitter competition and expressed congratulations to the winners on behalf of the company, and then commented on five aspects.1. Hope that such activities will be held continuously, Hailin's technical skills training will always be going on; 2.
