On the morning of September 13th, HL held a quality management briefing in the conference room of the third floor of the east building. At the meeting, He first led everyone to review the relevant contents of Articles 33, 34, 35, 36, 48, 64, 68, 71, 72, 75, and 79 of the Employee Handbook. At the same time, according to the relevant provisions of the "Employee Handbook" pointed out some of the problems exposed in the recent quality management process: First, some middle-level managers are not clear about their work ideas, and they do not find solutions and measures to solve problems but to mutually push out the responsibility; Second, the work attitude is not correct. The initiative is not strong and can not actively find ways to deal with the problem but blame each other for criticism; third, the work execution is not strong, lack of resolute and open-minded clerk spirit. These problems have seriously affected and restricted the improvement of the company's various management tasks. President asked the main leaders of all units to attach great importance to the above problems, earnestly fulfill the duties assigned by the posts, take the lead in learning the "Employee Handbook", implement the "Employee Handbook", and actively complete each task.
