On the afternoon of August 27th, head of the cost reduction team of the State Council Luo Haiping, professor of the School of Economics of Renmin University of China Sun Yudong, and deputy director of the Department of Charges and Services of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission Yan Youjun,etc., totally five people came to HL for the investigation on corporate inclusive finance and the logistics cost situation. President He Kehong, general Manager Luo Baoping and Bao Guangli accompanied to conduct investigation.

  Mr. Luo and his team visited the production site of grinding factories. During the visit, they learned about HL's development history, future development plan and bearing production and processing process, and made an on-site research on the situation of inclusive financial and logistics costs of HL.
