On the afternoon of August 20th, Fan Ruijun, vice chairman of Jiuquan City Federation of Trade Unions, Wang Bin, wage collective consultation instructor of Gansu Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, Liu Yunfang, vice chairman of Tianshui City Federation of Trade Unions, Shi Jianhong, vice chairman of Passenger Transport Section of Lanzhou Railway Bureau, and Zhou Yonggang, minister of Rights and Interests of Gansu Telecom Company came to our company to conduct supervision and investigation on the development of collective wage negotiations in recent years. Zhang Yuesheng, secretary of HL's party committee, and Su Xiaoping, chairman of the labor union, and related personnel accompanied to investigate.

  Chairman Fan and his party firstly visited the production site of the grinding factories and briefly knew about enterprise’s products. At the subsequent symposium, the chairman of the trade union Su Xiaoping, reported on the history of HL, the current situation of HL's production and operation, and the development and implementation of wage collective consulting work in the past four years. At the same time, the members of the investigation and inspection team read through the relevant materials of the collective consulting work, and randomly selected 10 employees to make a questionnaire survey of the development of wage collective consulting work in 2018 and the satisfaction of employees in the collective consulting work of enterprise.

 After listening to the report, reading the materials and conducting questionnaires, the leaders of the provincial and municipal investigation and inspection team fully affirmed the collective wage negotiation work of HL, and put forward some suggestions and requirements on how to further improve the collective wage negotiation work.
