In order to revitalize the amateur cultural life of employees, the company organized the staff tug of war competitions on May 3rd and May 4th to celebrate International Labor Day and Youth Day. A total of 10 teams composed of grassroots units participated in the competition. After the group draw, the first round of elimination was held on May 3rd. The winning six teams were re-equipping in three groups on May 4th to compete.Through the two elimination games, the representative teams from grinding factory Jingping plant, quality management center, and roller plant competed for champion.

   Through a fierce competition, the representative team from grinding factory Jingping plant won the championship, the quality management center team won the runner-up, and the roller plant representative team won the third place. After the competition, the company’s leaders awarded medals and bonuses to the winners.

   During the competition, the participating players made concerted efforts to cheer for their colleagues. The cheers and laughter came over one another. The atmosphere was very positive and enthusiastic, and fully reflected the spirit of teamwork and high morale, which demonstrated Hailin people's captivation.
