  At 3 pm on March 27, the company convened the Hailin Company's collective wage negotiation meeting in 2018 on schedule. The party committee secretary, deputy general manager Zhang Yuesheng, general manager Bao Guangli, union chairman Su Xiaoping, and the company’s staff and administrative representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by union chairman Su Xiaoping.

  At the meeting, the chairman of the trade union, Su Xiaoping, first explained to the representatives of both sides the preparations for the 2018 wage collective consultation meeting, and informed the results of satisfaction survey from company’s employees who were solicited before the meeting about the five aspects of the satisfaction survey, as well as their opinions and suggestions, from which concluded the contents of the four consultations of the meeting, and then put forward requirements for conducting consultations and discussions; As an administrative representative and represented the company, Mr. Bao Guangli, general manager of the company, introduced the significance and purpose of collective consultations meeting. He said that from top to bottom, the company supports the collective wage negotiation. At the same time, the company regards its employees as the most valuable asset and has long been committed to improving employee benefits, improving the work environment of employees, and reducing the labor intensity of employees; The company hopes that all employees can care about their own interests, pay more attention to the work of the company, and actively respond to the company's decisions, and exhibit the “owner” status of Hailin.

 Then Yao Jinguo, the secretary of the board of directors, Liu Chao, the deputy director of the human resources department and Cheng Jin, the director of the economic management department , represented the administrative side to explain the company’s production and operation in 2017, the increase in the employee’s salary, and the company’s cost situation. Workers' representatives Wang Zhanqiang, Luo Qingjun, Zhang Liang, Zhou Yijun, Wen Tao, and Liu Gang reflected employee’s ideas around four aspects: “1. Employee’s wage in 2018 can be increased by 5%; 2. Public accumulation fund for housing construction of employees can rise from 5 yuan/month to 60 yuan/month; 3. For workers whose salary is below 2018 minimum salary standards in Tianshui City, it shoud adjust and implement the minimum wage standard; 4. Employee’s labor insurance and on-site environmental issues." The four items faithfully reflect the ideas of the employees; After the employee representative’ speech, the administrative representatives explained and answered the questions raised by the employee representatives. On the basis of democratic discussions and consultations, the two parties reached a consensus on the four proposals for negotiation and voted on the four proposals.

 After the discussion, the chairman of the union, Su Xiaoping, on behalf of the staff, thanked the company's administrative party for ensuring that the employees’ wages increased for four consecutive years in the event of difficulties in production and operations; Thanked  employee representatives and administrative representatives for their active participation, and through the efforts of the representatives of both parties, we have promoted the continuous and in-depth development of collective wage negotiations among our employees. Finally, President Su asked the staff representatives who attended the conference to do a good job of propaganda and interpretation for the staff and workers, guide and educate employees to closely integrate the company’s interests and fate with the individual interests, and work hard for the development of the company to promote enterprise development.

  Zhang Yuesheng, secretary of the Party Committee and deputy general manager, finally congratulated to both sides representatives for reaching an agreement on the parties through democratic discussions and consultations. And asked the company's labor union and human resources department to complete the relevant information, reported to the superior leadership for review. Simultaneously, publicity should be widely carried out among employees to let workers understand the significance and purpose of the collective wage negotiation and ensure that the legal rights and interests of employees are used normally.
