HL Company Held a Corporate Culture Knowledge Competition

After a comprehensive and systematic review, as well as a standardized and orderly online answering session, on the morning of July 12th, in a lively atmosphere, HL Company held a corporate culture knowledge competition. President He Kehong, attended the event and watched the contestants performance. More than 130 people, including some executives, all middle managers, participating team members from various departments, and representatives of young employees, participated in the event.

  At the scene, the host gave a detailed description of the rules of the competition. Amidst the energetic and progressive music, eight representative teams appeared one after another, introducing themselves, shouting loud slogans, and drawing lucky bags.

  Subsequently, the competition officially kicked off, and the contestants quickly entered the state. In each stage, the participating team members remained calm, united and cooperative. After intense competition, the representative team of plant 3 won the first place, the representative team of the plant 2 won second place, and the representative team of technology and quality won third place. The company leaders awarded honorary medals and prizes to the winning teams.
  This competition has deepened the understanding of corporate culture and action norms among employees, achieving the goal of promoting learning through competition, understanding through practice, and integrating knowledge with action.
